The legal basis for this processing is the execution or initiation of the contract. The data will not be passed on to third parties, with the exception of shipping service providers for the delivery of the goods, suppliers for direct deliveries, tax advisors for the fulfilment of our tax obligations and banking institutions for the processing of payment transactions.

The legal basis for this processing is your consent. The data will not be transmitted to third parties, with the exception of the partner company, which is responsible for the technical processing of the newsletter mailing. In these cases, however, the scope of the transmitted data is limited to the required minimum.

If you have registered for the DT&SHOP Newsletter, the data you provided during registration will be used for the purpose of sending you the DT&SHOP Newsletter. Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter, should click on the unsubscribe link included in all newsletters sent by DT&SHOP to unsubscribe.

According to the EU Anti-terror Regulations EC No. 2580/2001, EC No. 881/2002 and EC No. 753/2011 it is therefore necessary to regularly compare data with the so-called terror lists. If there is a match with the lists, DT&SHOP will not enter into a contractual relationship with the person or the company. The data are stored for the period of one year and then deleted.

Furthermore, a customs declaration of your shipment will be made.

The legal basis for these processing operations is the fulfilment of legal obligations.

The data are routinely deleted after expiry of the corresponding deadline if they are no longer required to fulfil the contract or another purpose.

Google Analytics

DT&SHOP uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google LLC on this website. The use includes the "Universal Analytics" operating mode. Google Analytics enables us to analyse the pseudonymised usage behaviour of visitors to our website and to obtain user-related information. The legal basis for using this service is a balance of interests. Our legitimate interest lies in the analysis of the usage behaviour and the optimisation of the offer on our website.

When using our website, cookies (text files) are stored on your computer, which enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA where it is stored. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, Google will reduce your IP address within Member States of the European Union or in other countries party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area beforehand. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. We would like to point out that Google Analytics has been extended to include IP anonymisation on this website in order to ensure anonymous collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking). The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data. You can find more information on the terms of use and the privacy policy at www.google.com/analytics/terms/de or policies.google.com.

Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, for compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website and Internet usage to the website operator. The recipient of the collected data is therefore Google.

The personal data are transferred to the USA on the basis of an order processing agreement concluded with Google LLC as well as under the EU-US Privacy Shield on the basis of the European Commission's decision on appropriateness.

The data sent by us and linked to cookies, user identifiers (e.g. user ID) or advertising IDs are automatically deleted after 14 months. Data whose retention period has expired are automatically deleted once a month.

You can prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) as well as from processing these data by Google by downloading and installing the https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de browser add-on on your desktop or notebook. Opt-out cookies prevent the future collection of your data when you visit this website. To also prevent collection by Universal Analytics via mobile devices, you can click on the following link: >deactivate Google Analytics. However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent.
