Customer FAQ on the Closure of DT&GoldArt
Dear Customer,
  our online shop for goldsmith supplies, DT&GoldArt, will cease operations on December 19, 2025.
  Below you will find answers to the most important questions regarding orders, warranties, returns, and payments.
Why is the company closing?
      The DT&SHOP group is refocusing exclusively on its core business in the dental sector. Products that can be used in both craft areas will still be available in the online shop www.dt-shop.com.
When does the closure take effect?
      Operations will end on December 19, 2025. Orders will continue to be processed as usual until that date, as long as items are in stock.
Who can I contact during the wind-down?
      Until closure, our staff can be reached as usual:

Can I still place orders?
      Orders can only be placed until December 19, 2025. After that, the online shop will close. All orders received until then will be shipped if in stock.
What happens if an item is no longer available?
      Items no longer available will be automatically canceled, and any payments made will be fully refunded.
How long will deliveries be executed?
      Deliveries will be made until December 19, 2025. After that, no shipments can be made.
How are refunds processed?
      Refunds will be made using the same method the payment was received (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer).
I have a voucher – can I still redeem it?
      Vouchers can be redeemed until December 19, 2025. After that, they will expire due to the closure of the business.
What happens to a balance on my account?
      Any remaining balances will be refunded. Please email us at bestellung@dt-goldart.com with your customer number, company name, and full bank details (IBAN, BIC, account holder).
I have an installment purchase – what happens now?
      Existing installment agreements remain valid. You continue paying your installments as agreed until the full amount is paid.
If the installment purchase is handled by an external provider (e.g., Klarna, PayPal), nothing changes initially – the contract remains between you and the provider.
What if my order hasn’t been fully delivered but I’m paying in installments?

External providers can be contacted directly for cancellations or adjustments.
I have an installment agreement directly with the company (without third-party).
      Installments continue until the purchase contract is fully fulfilled. After closure, DT&SHOP GmbH will handle outstanding claims.
Can I pay off installments early?
Yes, you may pay the remaining balance at any time.

      For external providers: contact them directly.

Can I still return items?
Yes, returns are accepted until December 19, 2025. After that, returns are no longer possible.
How are refunds processed for returns?
After receiving and checking the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.
What happens to warranties after closure?
Legal warranty claims remain valid. After closure, manufacturer warranties apply.
What happens to my stored data?
      Your personal data is used solely to process existing orders and comply with legal obligations. After processing, all data will be deleted according to legal retention periods.
